Once we receive your faulty XBOX 360 Games Console we will have our engineers carry out a free inspection

As soon as the inspection has been carried out, we will contact you with a price of the repair of your XBOX 360.

You can then decide if you want your repair carried out.

If you decide to go ahead with the repair and you brought the Console to our retail shop you can pay for the repair when you collect.  If you posted the Console to us then we will send you a payment link to pay for the repair online at a secure payment site using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card (Nochex)

If you decide not to go ahead with the repair you can either collect the console free of charge or we can post it back to you at a standard charge of £15.00

Repairs to the XBOX 360 take approximately 3 – 4 working days once we have your go ahead.

Our Warranty starts from the day we inform you that your Games Console is ready for collection or the date we post the Repaired XBOX 360 back to you
