Just bring your faulty XBOX 360 Console to the address on this page and we will carry out a fault analysis and report back to you with a repair cost

 

Posting your XBOX 360 to us for repair

Please ensure ensure the following

We will not be responsible for any damage caused to your XBOX 360 when in transit to our address

If you decide not to have the repair carried out you will still be required to pay for the return carriage of £15.00 for the XBOX 360

Please send the XBOX 360 to us in packaging that will prevent the Console from being damaged in transit (We recommend that you insure the item with your carrier)

Please do not send us any cables as we only need the XBOX 360 Console

Please download and complete the Repair Inspection Form and remember to include your phone number so that we can contact you

Order Processing


Once we receive your faulty XBOX 360 Games Console we will have our engineers carry out a free inspection

As soon as the inspection has been carried out, we will contact you with a price of the repair of your XBOX 360.

You can then decide if you want your repair carried out.

If you decide to go ahead with the repair and you posted the Console to us then we will send you a payment link to pay for the repair online at a secure payment site using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card (Nochex)


If you decide not to go ahead with the repair you can either collect the console free of charge or we can post it back to you at a standard charge of £15.00 and we will send you a payment link to pay for return transit

Repairs to the XBOX 360 take approximately 3 – 4 working days once we have your go ahead to carry out the repair.

Our Warranty starts from the day we inform you that your Games Console is ready for collection or the date we post the Repaired XBOX 360 back to you
